Prayer Wall
A few days ago, I took a quick over night trip with my friend, Lisa, to Franklin, Tennessee. We went for a pop up show at the Factory and had a great time walking around looking, even in the rain on Friday. Saturday, we got up bright and early and our mission was to go to the Factory again, to hit the Donut shop, My Five Daughters. They had been out the day before and told us to get there before 9 to get in line if we wanted to try them out.and they were right. We got in line about 20 minutes before they opened and the line filled up quickly.as soon as the door opened, the ladies were ready to fill orders and explain about all the flavors and the names on them. Oh my goodness!!! words were not necessary as I walked out with my treasures. LOL!!! The maple bacon one that I had that morning was excellent !!! the others packed up and came home with me to share... Then... after we finished there, we headed to Franklin in the town part. Many fun shops but the one that stood out for me was Philanthropy https://www.facebook.com/PhilanthropyFashion/?ref=page_internalI had been before and really liked it but took a little extra time for pictures and to read their statement about their mission. It is a Christian store, they give 10% of profits to charitable organizations and 100% online profits goes to charitable organizations. But what stands out as you walk in the store, is this huge prayer wall they have with lots and lots of tags hanging down filled and more blank ones available to fill out. There are inspirational sayings and scripture posted all around. We made it a point to speak to the manager and even her husband was there at the door, to let them know how much it meant to find them and their boldness to speak the truth .In a dark world, it was such a light, to find this little jewel, shining for Him in the middle of town."Though I fall, I will rise again, though I sit in darkness, the Lord will be my light. " Micah 7:8Makes you want to support them and do a little shopping in there, which we both did... Follow them on facebook. Looks like they post inspirational sayings each day.I came home already thinking about going back to Franklin. I love that little town. It was a great little girls trip....If you are reading this, I would love for you to comment with a prayer request for yourself or a friend or family member. Lets see if we can do our own prayer chain. It is a privilege to lift up each other in prayer....Have a great new day!!!Love,Jane
